A job search that gets better every time you correct it.
OfferLoop builds a portrait of what you have actually done, ranks real vacancies against it, and drafts each application from the facts. When you reject a line, the correction goes back into the portrait, so the next one starts from what you fixed.
Free pilot. It never applies on your behalf and never touches your LinkedIn account.
How it works
Nine steps from CV to interview, and two loops that make every next step better.
- Upload your CV: PDF or plain text
- Your goals: job titles and countries
- A few key questions: skip any of them
- AI reviews your CV: strengths, weak spots, gaps
- Job search: vacancies picked for you
- Match, explained: why it fits, what is missing
- Application package: CV and cover letter
- Apply and track: you send, we keep track
- Interview prep: for this exact role
Gap in a vacancy? Tell us: a file or your voice the fact goes into your profile, match and package are rebuilt
your profile grows, so search and matches get sharper
The weakest factor is named, not buried. The tailoring notes will say you have no Go experience rather than writing around it.
Correct it once
Other tools regenerate and forget. Here the correction is the product: it changes the portrait, so the same wrong number is never written again.
- GeneratedLed a team of 40 engineers across three countries.
- You reject itIt was 22 people, and two countries. Do not round it up.
- RegeneratedLed a team of 22 engineers across two countries.
- Promoted into the portraitTeam size = 22, verified. Never written larger again.
The honest part
We show you the gaps.
A tool that only flatters you is useless twice over: the employer sees through it, and you walk into the interview without knowing which question is coming.
- A requirement you do not meet is written down in the tailoring notes, in plain words, before you apply.
- A number you have not verified renders with a dotted underline wherever it appears, including inside the generated CV.
- A claim your portrait does not support is refused, and the rendered document is re-read afterwards to check that the refusal held.
- A source that disagrees with another source becomes a conflict you resolve, not a guess we make.
That is also the part that is uncomfortable. The first portrait usually says something you would rather it did not.

Questions people actually ask
- Does it apply to jobs for me?
No, and it never will. OfferLoop drafts the documents and stages the application; you read them and you send them. Automated mass application is the thing that makes employers stop reading.
- Does it touch my LinkedIn account?
No. There is no extension, no automation and no scraping. If you want your LinkedIn history in, you export your own data archive from LinkedIn and upload the file. We cannot get your account restricted, because we never sign in to it.
- Will it invent things to make me look better?
It is built not to. Every generated line has to trace back to a fact in your portrait, the rendered document is re-read after it is produced and checked against a blocklist of unsupported claims, and where you do not meet a requirement the tailoring notes say so instead of writing around it. The final check is still yours - you are the one signing it.
- What happens to my CV and my interview recordings?
Your CV and uploaded documents are read by large language models run by Z.ai (China), Groq (United States), OVHcloud (France) or Anthropic (United States), asked in that order. Anthropic does not train on them and deletes them within 30 days; for the other three, retention and training use are not stated by the vendor. Interview audio is transcribed on our own servers and is never sent to a model provider; recordings are deleted after 30 days and the transcript stays. We do not train anything on your data. The full list of who sees what is in the Privacy Policy.
- Where do the jobs come from?
From the public job-board APIs that applicant tracking systems publish for this purpose, from aggregator APIs whose terms we have read, and from pages you paste yourself. LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and Xing are blocked in the source registry rather than merely avoided.
- What does it cost?
Nothing today. It is a free pilot and no plan is on sale. The limits we are testing are on the pricing page, and the page says plainly that you cannot buy any of them yet.
- Can I get my data out, or delete all of it?
Yes, both, from one page inside the product. Export produces a zip of everything we hold. Delete removes the account, cannot be undone, and says so before you confirm it.
